Installation method
◆ Determine the model: (as shown in Figure 1) carefully check that the wire is consistent with the mark on the wire clamp, such as JC-812/LJ240 to LJ240.
◆ Determine the size of the wire: (as shown in Figure 2) As the wire clamp is designed to meet the requirements of different wire diameters, the inner cambered surfaces on both sides of the splice block have different sizes, and the large cambered surfaces are matched with large wires. The small arc surface is matched with the small wire. It is stipulated that the mother block is a large (main) line. The male block is a small branch) line, take out the splice block and make it arch-shaped (the two twisted blocks are turned into a certain angle)
◆ Place the wires and bolts: (as shown in Figure 3.4) Put the wires into the main body wire groove and place them in an arc shape outward according to the size lines. Insert the bolt from the back of the body so that the bolt is located in the middle of the top of the hinge block, and tighten the bolt with a wrench.
◆ Confirm that the bolt has been installed: (as shown in Figure 5.6) When tightening the bolt, there should be obvious stress on several screw teeth, and the hinge block should be flattened and supported by the body. The body shall be slightly deformed. Note: After installation, pull or pull the two wires by hand to see if the two wires have been compressed. Insulated conductor shall be used with insulating cover.
